Delivery

Your items will come beautifully presented in white or black magnetic gift boxes wrapped in tissue paper, free of charge. (Excluding Sale Items)

We know you cannot wait to receive your items so we have selected the best courier options for you: 

FREE UK Delivery if you spend over £100 (2-3 days)

UK Standard Delivery (2-3 days) -  £3.50 

UK Next Day Delivery by 1pm -  £6.00 (orders must be placed before 2pm to qualify for 24 hour delivery)

UK Saturday Delivery Next Day Delivery - £9.00 (order must be placed on the Friday by 2pm)

All our services have online tracking available. The amount of days taken will only count busines working days (not including weekend/bank holidays), for example; if you order on Thursday for our Standard 2-3 day delivery your item will arrive on Monday or Tuesday the latest.

International Deliveries

We have tracking on all these parcels - getting a confirmation when it has been delivered to you. It will be delivered by each countries local postal service.

Europe: £9.00

Rest of the World: £20

Returns

 At TaraLacey we want you to be happy with your new purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your items (and the items haven't been worn or damaged). Please ensure they are in all original packaging with tags attached.

Please contact returns@taralacey.com quoting your delivery note number and item  with reason why you want to return the item and we will get back to you with instructions along with your RRN (Return Reference Number)

You will are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless otherwise stated by Tara Lacey. We advise that you use Royal Mail Signed for or Tracking service.

Please Note: You may be charged for the cost of your postage if Tara Lacey Ltd deems it appropriate.

You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchase on www.taralacey.com for a full refund within 14 days in accordance with the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations.

How to return an item.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please send a request to us by email to returns@taralacey.com. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the goods. In the email please write in the Subject Heading, your Order Number (this can be found on your delivery note/invoice or you can find it on your email confirmation). In the main text of the email please give an explanation of the reason for the return.

We will respond to you within 24 hours with details.

Items must be returned in all their original packaging, unworn and with TaraLacey’s label still attached.

We highly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service via Royal Mail or your preferred courier service. TaraLacey Ltd does not take responsibility for lost returned items; it is your responsibility until it reaches us.

The cost of returning is your responsibility, however if products are faulty they may be reimbursed.

Once we have assessed the item(s) we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping), refunds usually take 2 working days however it may take 5-10 days to be credited to your account.
