Orders/Purchases

As much as we endeavour to supply your purchases, orders may be refused if, payment cannot be authorised or if goods are no longer available or if pricing or product description is incorrect.

We aim to provide you with a relaxing, stress free shopping experience, you will find guidance throughout and descriptions will be clearly stated. Prices are shown in Great British Sterling Pounds inclusive of VAT.

Returns

All of our garments featured on our website are presented as accuraltey as possible to a high standard. However, the colour of the garment may slightly differ depending on your computer monitor used to view the product.

We must be informed of your intention to return within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Goods must be returned in full original packaging, unworn and with the TaraLacey label attached. Please see our Delivery/Returns section for more information.

A full refund of the product will be given, including UK taxes, cost of delivery will be excluded from the refund, in some cases return costs may be incurred. In some cases if using Pay Paul, Sage Pay a small cost will be incurred.

We endeavour to deliver your purchase in perfect condition, for the time that you want. Our delivery prices are show in our Delivery/Returns section and vary depending on the speed of the delivery and the area you are in.
